Submitting a Purchase Order?

First time ordering for your institution or government organization? Have your purchasing department register us as a vendor using the details shown here, then send your PO to germwise.info@gmail.com. We’ll create your account when your first PO is received.
Please share the requirements and terms below with your purchasing department.
Purchase Order Terms
Payment Method (Required) — Your PO must specify one of the following payment methods. POs submitted without a payment method indicated will be held until we can confirm it with you, which may delay processing:
- Net 30 by EFT (electronic funds transfer)
- E-transfer to germwise.info@gmail.com
- Credit card via secure payment link
Vendor Setup — Before submitting your PO, please confirm whether Marlatek Inc. is already set up as an approved vendor in your system. If not, email germwise.info@gmail.com and we’ll send our company profile and EFT banking information for your purchasing / Accounts Payable departments to complete vendor setup. Confirming this in advance prevents payment delays.
Purchasing Authorization — Purchase orders must be issued by your organization’s purchasing or procurement department, and include a valid PO number and an authorized Accounts Payable contact.
PO Requirements
- Include your Accounts Payable contact email — invoices are sent by email only; we do not mail paper invoices
- Provide a shipping address that accepts both courier and mail deliveries (we ship via Canada Post and Purolator)
- Shipping fees: A shipping fee will always be added to your invoice. To avoid delays, either mark your PO as Prepaid & Charge (PP&C), or include the exact shipping amount you approve using our shipping rates below. If the shipping fee is missing or incorrect, we’ll need to contact you for approval before processing, which may delay your shipment.

- Current shipping timeline: 3–5 business days from confirmed order
- A tracking number and invoice will be emailed once your order ships

All orders ship from Brockville, Ontario. Rates are based on order value and destination within Canada.

Common questions about GloGerm products, ordering, and purchase orders.
How long does one bottle of GloGerm last?
An 8oz bottle of GloGerm Gel or Oil provides approximately 60–75 individual handwashing demonstrations, assuming minimum waste. A 4oz container of GloGerm Powder provides 50+ surface contamination demos. As a rule of thumb, we recommend one 4oz Powder for each Gel. Actual usage depends on how much product is applied per demonstration.
Which kit should I buy?
It depends on your setting and group size:
- Kit #1004 — Our most popular starter kit. Includes a 21-LED UV flashlight, 8oz Gel or Oil, and 4oz Powder. Great for classrooms and small groups.
- Kit #1007 — Our most powerful kit with a 50-LED UV flashlight that can make Glo Germ visible even in daylight.
- Glo Box Kit — Ideal for brightly lit rooms. The foldable box blocks ambient light and is ideal for stationary presentations.
- HAZMAT Kit — Includes MIST for airborne contamination simulation, plus Gel/Oil, Powder, and Surface Cleaning Detection Gel. Ideal for infection control and PPE training.
- Premium Mini Kit — A compact, budget-friendly option with 2oz Gel, 1.2oz Powder, UV light, and activity sheets.

What is the difference between GloGerm Gel and GloGerm Oil?
GloGerm Gel is a lotion-based formula that glows brilliant white under UV light and washes off easily with soap and water. It’s our most popular formula for handwashing training and is recommended where staining may be a concern, making it ideal for clinical and classroom settings.
GloGerm Oil is the original formula (since 1968) and glows bright orange under UV light. It’s slightly more resistant to washing, which makes demonstrations more impactful and provides a more realistic simulation. It’s best suited for environments where staining is not a concern. (Please note: Oil may permanently stain certain fabrics if it comes into contact with them.)
Both work the same way — the choice is mostly personal preference. If you’re unsure, Gel is a great starting point.
Can I order by purchase order (PO)?
Yes! We accept purchase orders from schools, hospitals, government agencies, and other organizations. See our Purchase Orders section above for full details, terms, and how to submit.
What payment methods do you accept for POs?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — Ontario addresses typically receive orders faster. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is GloGerm safe?
Yes. GloGerm products are non-toxic, non-staining, and safe for use on skin. They are used daily in hospitals, schools, food service facilities, and childcare settings across North America. GloGerm is not a chemical disinfectant — it’s a training tool that simulates germs so you can see where proper handwashing or surface cleaning is missed.
