We ship across Canada. Here's everything you need to know about rates, delivery, and how to submit institutional purchase orders.
Purchase Orders
If your company or institution issues Purchase Orders, please email them to Germwise.Info@Gmail.com.
Purchase Orders should clearly indicate:
- Address, telephone numbers, and contact name for both billing and shipping information
- Email for accounts payable where invoices should be submitted
This ensures your order is received in a timely manner and the invoice is sent to the appropriate department. Shipping fees will be added to the invoice as per our pricing policy below.
Shipping Rates
All orders ship from Brockville, Ontario. Rates are based on order value and destination within Canada.

Please note: Additional charges may apply for remote locations and orders over $5,000.00. Appropriate taxes will be added to all shipping fees.
Delivery Information
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Standard delivery across Ontario: 3–5 business days
- Standard delivery outside Ontario: 5–10 business days
- Remote locations may require additional transit time
